This is an ecological experience education center with human-friendly animals and botanical gardens.
It opened in 2021 by adding 4 floors to the rooftop of the 2nd floor of the Osan City Hall Civil Affairs Office.
It has a total of 1,200 species of plants and animals, and the temperature is maintained differently on each floor to match the habitat of the plants and animals.
There are facilities such as the Environmental Protection Practice Theme Hall for Coexistence with Nature, the Science Principles Theme Hall for Learning While Playing with Nature, the Secret of the Birth and Evolution of Life Theme Hall, the Mainstream Gliding Field, an aquarium, a botanical garden, a rest area, a photo zone, and an observatory.
It has the longest bird girder field in Korea and the tallest waterfall in Korea, and its vertical structure gives it a more expansive feel. There is an incubation room where you can observe birds hatching, and there are also ecological explanations for major animals.

It was named Mulhyanggi Arboretum after the name of Sucheong-dong, which has been known as a place with clear water since ancient times.
It has a total of 1,930 species of plants and a total of 24 themed gardens.
It operates various experience programs such as individual, family, group, and special programs, and also conducts explanation programs.

An explanation program lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes is conducted, focusing on reptiles.
