Initech (CEO Kang Seok-mo), a company specializing in financial security, announced on the 24th that it had won a smart banking system reconstruction project promoted by Jeonbuk Bank.
Initech will carry out projects to strengthen the competitiveness of mobile financial platforms, such as expanding Jeonbuk Bank’s non-face-to-face service coverage and reflecting JB Financial Group’s integrated user interface (UI) / user experience (UX) standards. Through this, Jeonbuk Bank is expected to be able to provide better customer convenience by introducing new technology as well as strengthening marketing capabilities through the use of personal banking customers’ data.
The scale of the project is about 5 billion won, and it will be carried out for 8 months from this month to August 2022.
An official from Initech said, “Due to the acceleration of digitalization in finance, it is an important time to make efforts to maintain a firm differentiation in digital competitiveness, such as improving non-face-to-face services and securing digital platform competitiveness.” Based on our experience, Internet Data Center (IDC) operation know-how, and the trust we have built up in the industry, we will strive to provide more convenient financial services to users and build differentiated services unique to Jeonbuk Bank.”
