Second method: LOST112 inquiry and loss report
If it has been lost for a long time or cannot be confirmed by phone,
You must check in “LOST 112,” the National Police Agency’s comprehensive lost and found management system.
Search for “LOST112” in Internet Explorer.
Click the [Find the owner!] button.
Enter information about the lost item and click [Search].
Lost items with matching information are listed and confirmed for each.
If the lost item is not found, click the [Report Lost Item] button in the middle right.
After reporting the lost item, please wait until you are contacted.
(Login is required when reporting lost items.)
Leaving items on the subway in Korea
I did an experiment to find out how much was there.
It is said that only 6% of the total remained until the end point.
But here’s the twist!!
It is said that 81% of the total were reported to the Lost and Found Center.
In other words, if you just try to find it with arithmetic probability,
87% of the time you can find it.
