How to check Coupang Rocket Delivery real-time location and delivery inquiry
There are two ways to check the real-time location of Rocket Delivery: using the online PC Coupang website and checking through the mobile app. (Because I use mobile a lot, I will explain in the mobile version.)
1. Check the mobile app
Download and connect the smartphone Coupang app.
2. Select Coupang My Home
After logging in, click the human character-shaped button at the bottom.

3. Order list / delivery inquiry
In Coupang My Home, you can search by selecting order list / delivery inquiry.
In Coupang’s delivery inquiry, you can check from product preparation to delivery status and time. Click the delivery inquiry below to check in more detail.

5. Coupang Rocket Delivery inquiry
If you select Delivery inquiry, you can check the current delivery location and estimated arrival time, and if you click the View details button, you can check the invoice number, address, and even the current location.

6. Coupang General Delivery inquiry method
As a general product delivery inquiry method, you can simply check the invoice number, the current delivery status, and the contact information of the courier and delivery driver as shown in the screen below. If you click the invoice number, you can check the delivery inquiry and location in more detail.

Differences between Coupang Rocket Delivery and regular delivery
The difference between rocket delivery and general product delivery is that regular delivery refers to products delivered by courier companies such as CJ and Hanjin, not Coupang.
However, since rocket delivery is delivered directly from the Coupang Logistics Center, it can be delivered directly to the orderer, so it can be delivered quickly.
Coupang Rocket Delivery: Coupang courier collection > Center loading > Arrival at the center > Coupang camp loading > Coupang camp arrival > Delivery departure > Delivery completed
General courier delivery: Receive from the seller and collect the goods > Loading on the main line (in transit) > Getting off the main line and arriving at the delivery terminal > Departure of delivery > Delivery completion
There is no big difference, but rocket delivery products are delivered to the orderer after the product has already been secured, so it can be delivered more quickly by the morning of the next day after ordering.
However, since rocket delivery is used by many customers and delivered without holidays on weekends, the delivery time may sometimes be delayed as the volume increases. If delivery is not received by the delivery time, please check the following ways.

A. Please note that rocket delivery products reflect market prices and may change in real time, and product prices may vary depending on the progress of online Coupang business.
Q. I ordered by selecting Get it at the same time as the rocket delivery product. Can I change it back to the original delivery date?
A. No, cancellation is not possible after the delivery time change function has already been applied.
