● Select one of the two methods above and find the ‘Card Management’ menu. (Left) Click My at the bottom and select the ‘Card Management’ menu on the card you wish to cancel (My > Card Management). (Right) Click the overall menu at the bottom, click My Card in the middle, and click Manage My Card in the detailed menu. (All > My Card > Manage My Card)

● You must verify your identity before canceling your card. These days, not everyone carries public certificates with them. However, if you cancel the final card (last remaining card), a notification like the one below will be displayed.

● If you cancel the last remaining card, a message will appear saying ‘There are no cards to cancel’ and that you should apply for cancellation to our customer service center. In fact, there is no way to cancel the final card on the website/APP. This can only be done through a customer center counselor.
● Usually, credit card companies set up a system so that when canceling the final card, you can only do so through a customer center counselor to provide information on the annual fee, remaining points, etc. There are some instructions, but please note that we also provide cancellation defense. The method for immediately connecting to the customer center is as follows.

● One thing to note is that final card cancellation (withdrawal) is done through a counselor, and calls are only available between 09:00 and 18:00 on weekdays.
