국민내일배움카드 사용처With the National Tomorrow Learning Card, you can receive government support for 45% to 85% of training fees, tuition fees, and academy fees required for competency development. Whether you are a college student, job seeker, office worker, career developing woman, or middle-aged person preparing for a new career after retirement, we encourage you to receive a Tomorrow Learning Card and take up the education and training classes you are interested in while receiving government support of up to 5 million won.
There are many training courses that you can take while receiving government support through the National Tomorrow Learning Card. Training courses are offered in a variety of fields, including design, legal affairs, computer science, tax accounting, nursing, machinery, refrigeration and air conditioning, and electricity.
When choosing an educational institution or academy, you can check through consultation whether government support for the Tomorrow Learning Card is available before registering, or you can search in advance for academies (training institutions) that are eligible for government support for the Tomorrow Learning Card.
Tomorrow’s Learning Card is based on regulations based on the ‘People’s Lifelong Vocational Ability Development Act’. Excluding some of the support exclusions below, such as public officials and high-income workers, the majority of citizens, regardless of whether they are job seekers or employed, can apply for the Tomorrow Learning Card and take training and education courses with government support.
※ Those excluded from support (Article 6 of the Enforcement Decree of the Vocational Competency Development Act)
① Civil servants, private school staff, military personnel
② People aged 75 or older
③ University students with more than 2 years of study time remaining until graduation (3rd year university students can apply)
④ Self-employed with annual sales of KRW 150 million or more
⑤ Special type workers with monthly wages of 3 million won or more
⑥ Employees of large-scale companies with a monthly wage of 3 million won or more and under 45 years of age (applicable in the following cases)
The limit on the amount of support per person for the Naeil Learning Card is 3 million won. However, additional support is available to those who fall under the following criteria. (Even if additional support is received, the maximum limit is 5 million won)
The government subsidy amount (KRW 3 to 5 million) that can be received by taking the Tomorrow Learning Card training course is calculated according to the formula below within the account balance range. (Tomorrow learning card payment)
① Group training course and non-face-to-face real-time training course: Government-approved training fee x training cost support rate (45-85%)
② Distance training course (excluding non-face-to-face real-time training course): Distance training subsidy x training time x training cost support rate (45-85%)
If the end date of the unit period is from the first day of the month to the 15th, the training fee and training incentive payment amount for the Tomorrow Learning Card training course is calculated by closing within 3 days (excluding Saturdays and public holidays) from the 16th of the month, and the end date of the unit period is the 15th. If the end date is from the 16th to the last day of the month, it is calculated by closing within 3 days (excluding Saturdays and public holidays) from the first day of the next month.
Training period and trainees check the training fee and training incentive calculation details through HRD-NET within 3 days from the deadline and apply for payment to the competent labor branch office. The labor branch pays the training fee within 10 days from the application deadline.
However, training fees for general account training courses are paid to the training institution through the affiliated card company.
The validity period of the Tomorrow Learning Card is 5 years from the date of issuance, and when the validity period expires, the balance in the account is forfeited.
