What are the qualifications for applying for the Tomorrow Learning Card for the unemployed?

The qualifications for applying for the Unemployed Tomorrow Learning Card are as follows:

Unemployed people over the age of 15 who applied for a job
A person who has received part or all of the benefits under Article 7 of the National Basic Living Security Act
Female head of household, sole proprietor or special type worker with business period of more than 1 year and annual sales of less than KRW 150 million
3rd year high school student not planning to enter school
Students currently enrolled at a university (school) who are eligible to graduate before September 1st of the following year
Daily workers with less than 10 days of daily work in one month for the past two months
Farmers and fishermen and their families seeking employment in other occupations other than farming and fishing
A worker whose prescribed working hours per month are less than 60 hours or less than 15 hours a week and who is not insured by employment insurance.
Mid- to long-term service personnel scheduled to be discharged from the military, marriage immigrants, immigrant youth, recognized refugees, etc.

 

 

How do I apply for the Tomorrow Learning Card for the unemployed?
How to apply for the Tomorrow Learning Card for the unemployed is as follows:

Visit the employment center in your area of residence and receive initial basic counseling. We check whether you are eligible to apply and the documents and requirements required to participate in training.
Apply for a job and write a resume. After registering as a Worknet individual member, you write a resume, apply for a job, and go through the job search certification process at the employment center. If requested by the employment center, an occupational psychological test is required, and the results will be printed upon completion of the above process.
After registering as an HRD-Net individual member, watch the training guide video and print a viewing confirmation.
Access HRD-Net to search for the Tomorrow Learning Card System (unemployed) training course, visit the training institution, receive consultation on cost, course content, facilities, etc., and then fill out a training course search result sheet.
Receive a second in-depth consultation at the employment center. Submit the required documents such as ID card, consent form for collection and use of personal information, application for issuance of Tomorrow Learning Card, video viewing confirmation, and bankbook in your name (one of Shinhan, Nonghyup, Woori, Jeil, and Post Office).
Wait for card issuance. It takes up to 4 weeks from application to receipt of the card. Check cards can be issued immediately and can be used from the day after issuance.
After receiving the card, apply for training. After registering for the course and paying the out-of-pocket amount at the training institution, you take the training course.

What are the benefits of the Tomorrow Learning Card for the unemployed?
The benefits of the Tomorrow Learning Card for the unemployed are as follows:

The general unemployed can receive support of 20-95% of training costs up to 2 million won. (50-80% of the training fee and training fees exceeding the support limit must be paid at your own expense)
Type 2 Employment Success Package participants can receive 50-95% of training costs up to 2 million won. (50-50% of the training fee and training fees exceeding the support limit must be paid at your own expense)
Type 1 Employment Success Package participants can receive support for all or 90% of training costs up to 3 million won. (Training costs exceeding the support limit must be paid at your own expense)
If you attend more than 80% of the designated training days per unit period, you can receive a training incentive of up to 116,000 won per month.
