Withdrawal account registration/deletion can be done by visiting a branch or through internet (KB Star) banking, depending on how you set the withdrawal account registration authority.
① When the withdrawal account registration authority is ‘Internet registration/cancellation possible’
– Internet Banking: Personal > Banking Management > Account Management > Withdrawal Account Registration/Delete/Change Ranking
– KB Star Banking: All menu > Transfer > Transfer management > Withdrawal account management
② If the withdrawal account registration authority is ‘registration/cancellation possible by visiting a branch office’
– Visit a nearby branch
※ However, please note that corporate internet banking customers can only register/delete withdrawal accounts by visiting a branch.
