• You can apply for a certificate through [Application for Certificate Issuance] on the website.
• Payment of certificate issuance fees can be made by depositing into a virtual account.
– If you cancel 1 day before the course start date, you will receive a refund after deducting an administrative fee of 5,000 won.
– If cancellation is made on the day of class, 20% will be deducted and refunded.
– No refunds after 2 days of class
– Issuance-related costs 88,000 won (content usage fee + delivery fee + VAT included)
• It may take up to 30 days to complete the issuance of a certificate after applying for it.
• After passing the online test, the certificate can be issued within 2 weeks (14 days).
• If the above issuance period elapses, issuance may not be possible.
