How to check the application target?
When applying for a card online through the Culture Nuri Card website (www.Culture Nuri Card.kr)
You can check it immediately by searching through your social security number.

How much is the support amount?
Applicants are issued with a limit of KRW 100,000 per Culture Nuri Card per household.
For teenagers (ages 6-19), 1 ticket per person, up to 5 people in a household, is issued with a limit of 50,000 won per year.
Example) For a household with 5 youths, the amount can be used up to KRW 350,000 per year.
100,000 won (household) + 250,000 won (teenagers 50,000 won * 5 people) = 350,000 won
※ Any amount not used after the period of use (February 24, 2014 – December 31, 2014) will be returned to the country.
It is said that it cannot be carried over to the next year or exchanged for cash, so make sure to use it within the period!
Household cards and youth cards can be combined and used as one, if necessary.
In case of difficulty in using the card when there is a small balance in the card,
Personal expenses can be additionally charged up to 100,000 won per year per card.

When applying online, a public certificate or mobile phone is required for identification.
If you apply by visiting the Community Autonomy Center, you can receive a card immediately.
The issued card can be used after 2 hours.
If you are planning to watch a movie tonight, it would be better to visit the community service center and apply.
It is said that it will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis until the budget of the local government is exhausted, so hurry up!
