Normal reservation sites allow you to view and cancel reservations on My Page, but Benepia Welfare Mall has a slightly different method.
You cannot view/cancel reservations on My Page.
I made a reservation for an accommodation product such as a hotel or pension, a travel product, or a flight ticket to Jeju Island, but I want to check the details or cancel, but it is not on My Page?!

On My Page, you can edit personal information, check points, check point usage details, etc., but there is no information related to reservation inquiry or cancellation.
Point usage history
I go into the point usage history to check, but this only shows the point usage details, and there is no function to confirm or cancel the reservation.
If you click on View Details in the point usage history, (of course) only the points used will be displayed.
So where can I check reservation details and cancel reservations?
If I made a hotel reservation but it’s not on My Page, where can I view and cancel my reservation?
You need to go to the reservation menu (in the name of the affiliate) and find the inquiry and cancellation buttons.
Accommodation > What if I booked a hotel through a travel agency?
Click [Purchase History] at the top right of the travel specialist accommodation search screen.
When you click on the purchase history and go to the detailed inquiry screen, there is a [Cancel Reservation] button under Reservation Complete. What if you made a reservation through Accommodation > Hotel Pass instead of a travel specialist?
Similarly, go to Accommodation > Hotel Pass menu,
You can check your reservation details by clicking the [Reservation Inquiry/Accommodation Voucher Print] button to the right of the Hotel Pass logo.
Benepia Welfare Mall is just a place that gathers and connects affiliates selling lodging and travel products! Therefore, product searches, reservations, and reservation inquiries can be done by clicking on the menu for each affiliate.
If you have made a reservation for the Leave.com Pension at Benepia Welfare Mall, you must go to the Leave.com menu to view reservation details and cancel.
