At the end of last year, I had a bit of a mental breakdown. I lost my card wallet on the way to work. Oh, my God!! It was a wallet that carried credit cards, ID cards, and cash… ㅜㅜ I was wondering if I should, but luckily I found it the next day.

What is the first thing to do when you lose your wallet?
It seems to be a report of loss of credit/debit card as well. Someone may misuse it… and you’ll have to report it quickly to get a reissue.

First of all, I will explain how to use the app. The website is the same.

Access the app and scroll down from the ‘My’ category by pressing the three menus on the top left of the screen.
In the card information section, it says <Report Lost (Samsung Card/Third Party Card)>. 이베이스매뉴얼


A list of cards you have will appear. You can turn off Samsung as well as other card companies at once. Since I have only one new car, there is only one Tap Tap O!



Select the lost card and click the ‘Submit’ button and you’re done!

Calls are only available from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays, so at other times, it would be better to use the app to process quickly.

You can also apply for reissuance of a lost card from the app. Please note that reissuance may not be possible depending on credit or credit card status.



You can also cancel the Samsung Card loss report by calling the customer center or using the same method on the app or website.

I found it almost immediately, so I didn’t even file a report. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances, it would be better to report the loss immediately when you find out that you have lost it. It’s also easy to unlock! Phew, I’ll have to take good care of my wallet from now on..
