Investment traders and investment brokers who have obtained authorization for investment trading and investment brokerage business for securities in accordance with the 「Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act」. However, multilateral trading companies under Article 78 of the 「Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act」, the following investment traders and brokers without deposits, and Article 2, Article 1 of the 「Act on Structural Improvement of Agricultural Cooperatives」 Combinations according to subparagraphs are excluded

√ A person who has obtained permission for investment brokerage business only for professional investors pursuant to Article 12 (1) 3 of the 「Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act」 for securities under Article 4 (1) of the same Act (repurchase of the relevant securities) Only applicable when brokering conditional trading)
√ A person who has registered as an online micro-investment broker pursuant to Article 117-4 of the 「Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act」
A securities finance company licensed under Article 324 (1) of the 「Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act」
