– Vouchers (cards) are provided to those eligible for social consideration to purchase white milk (100% domestically produced raw milk), processed milk, fermented milk, and cheese (domestic raw milk content of 50% or more).
3. Support limit
– 15,000 won per student per month (490 won (school milk meal price) * 365 days / 12 months)
4. Subject
– Children and adolescents aged 6 to 8 years old as of the date of application
(National Basic Livelihood Recipients, second-lowest class, single-parent families, disabled people, children of national meritorious persons)
① National Basic Livelihood Recipient: A household receiving benefits (livelihood, medical care, housing, education) in accordance with the provisions of Article 7, Paragraph 1, Items 1 to 4 of the National Basic Livelihood Security Act.
② Second lower class: Second lower class* households according to Article 2, Paragraph 10 of the National Basic Livelihood Security Act.
* The next lower class refers to people who are not recipients of basic livelihood security among those whose fixed income according to Article 3 of the Enforcement Decree of the National Basic Livelihood Security Act is less than 50/100 of the standard median income.
③ Single-parent family: Children of a single-parent family under Article 2 of the “Single-Parent Family Support Act”
④ Disabled person: A person registered in accordance with Article 32 of the 「Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities」
⑤ Children of persons of national merit: Children of persons of national merit who fall under Article 4 of the Act on the Honorable Treatment and Support of Persons of National Merit, etc.

– Milk voucher (card)
– Providing a “voucher (card)” to those eligible for social consideration to purchase white milk (regular white milk) and processed dairy products (containing more than 50% of domestic raw milk) using domestically produced raw milk.
– Where to use: Nonghyup Hanaro Mart and convenience stores within the relevant city, county, and district*

** Usage may be expanded through consultation with relevant organizations throughout the year.
– Payment method: Payment on a monthly basis to improve milk purchasing efficiency
* If the total unused amount is less than 1,000 won, it will be carried over to the next month, and any amount over 1,000 won will expire.
– For mid-term applicants, voucher payment is made starting from the month from the date of issuance.
ex) Regardless of the issuance date in March, you can recharge for March. If the issuer was issued on the last day of the month, you can benefit from the following month.
– Processed dairy products that can be purchased with a voucher card are limited to milk using more than 50% of domestic raw milk (white milk, sterilized milk), processed milk, cheese, and fermented milk (excluding other dairy products such as ice cream)
– Items available for purchase may vary depending on the circumstances of the distributor (convenience store, Hanaro Mart)
6. How to apply
– Bring the attached documents (application form, personal information consent form, and supporting documents) and visit the myeon office.
** Notice **
1. Those eligible for 2023 will reuse the existing voucher card, so please do not throw it away and bring it with you.
2. Existing applicants must reapply to be able to use the voucher card from March 2024.
3. Starting in 2024, those with three or more children will also be eligible.
