워라밸일자리장려금 신청방법We support business owners who seek to improve work productivity and job satisfaction by reducing working hours.
▲ Support target
· Priority support companies and mid-sized companies
▲ Number of applicants
· 30% of workers eligible for support, up to 100 people
※ However, if there are less than 10 workers eligible for support, 3 workers will be supported.
▲Support amount
· Shortening incentive per person supported: 300,000 won per month (flat rate)
▲Support period
· 1 year from the date of implementation of the plan to reduce actual working hours
▲ Support requirements
· Support if all three requirements below are met
① (Plan establishment) Establishment of a detailed implementation plan to implement the actual working hours reduction system
② (Reduction in actual working hours) The average weekly actual working hours* at workplaces during the implementation period decreased by more than 2 hours compared to the 3 months immediately before the shortening implementation period.
*Actual working hours including regular working hours and overtime working hours
③ (Attendance Management) Starting 3 months before the shortened schedule, the commuting time of employees is managed using electronic and mechanical methods such as electronic cards, fingerprint recognition, and time records.
