Important: Resetting your PC (or using Fresh Start) removes most apps, including Microsoft Office, third-party antivirus software, and desktop apps that come preinstalled on your device. Uninstalled apps cannot be recovered, and you must manually reinstall them to continue using them. You may lose your digital license or digital content associated with an app, which may affect your ability to use the app you have purchased or content associated with the app.
