01. Processed meat

06. Margarine

07. Flour

This canned food is eaten a lot because it has a long shelf life and is convenient to carry. It has been developed a lot in various forms, but doctors do not recommend eating this. This is because the inside of the can contains more harmful substances than expected.
Canned food cans are usually made of tin, stainless steel and aluminum. Epoxy resin coating with excellent insulation and adhesion is used to prevent the inside of the can in contact with food from rusting.
Epoxy resin uses bisphenol A, an environmental hormone, as a raw material. During the storage and distribution of canned food, if even a small amount of this raw material enters, it may leach out. Food in glass jars is more active than tinned cans.

09. Ice Cream

This is also the worst food. It is the highest peak of mixed additives such as synthetic coloring, artificial seasoning, sugar, and coloring. In particular, synthetic coloring agents are fatal to health. In the case of tar-based pigments, they affect atopic dermatitis, rhinitis, conjunctivitis, and asthma, and excessive consumption causes cancer.
