When you go to the housekeeping document screen, select Family Relations Registration Fee and click Name Change Permission Application.
In the case confirmation, check the box that there is no case and then click OK.
Check the contents of the electronic litigation agreement, check ‘I agree to the proceeding using the electronic litigation system in this case’, and click Create Parties.
Go to the writing of housekeeping documents, find the competent court, select it, click Save, enter the company, fill in the application purpose and reason, and then click the Next button.
