1. Eligibility for application
Anyone between the ages of 18 and 34 who lives in Gyeonggi-do and works at a small or medium-sized business, mid-sized business, small business, or non-profit corporation can apply. In terms of date of birth, a person was born after or including April 2, 1988, and before or including April 1, 2005. Applicants must have moved in and resided continuously in Gyeonggi-do before April 1, 2023, the application deadline, and must have worked at least 36 hours a week and been employed at a small or medium-sized business, small business, or non-profit corporation located in Gyeonggi-do for more than 3 months. Those who earn an average of 109,900 won or less for 3 months (January to March 2023) or less (average monthly taxable income of 3.1 million won) or less can apply. Welfare points worth 1.2 million won, which can be used at the welfare mall, are paid out in four quarters throughout the year.
