The timing for applying for pre- and post-natal leave benefits varies depending on the company eligible for priority support and large-scale companies.
Companies eligible for priority support must apply within 1 month from the start of vacation and 12 months from the end of vacation.
For large-scale companies, you can apply within 1 month after the start of vacation (considered to be 60 days after the start of vacation) and within 12 months after the end of vacation.
Please note that if you do not apply within the above application period, you will not be able to receive benefits.
However, in the event of a natural disaster, illness or injury of the applicant, his or her spouse, or his or her immediate descendants or descendants, an application may be made within 30 days after the event ends.
