After launching KakaoTalk, you will see 3 dots in the lower right corner. It’s a button that goes to the settings screen, so please click there!
Next, you will see several icons. Do not touch anything else, click the magnifying glass icon at the top and then search for [Kakao Bank] when the search box appears!
Can you see [Kakao Bank Customer Center]? After clicking there, please go to Kakao Bank Customer Center Plus Friend!
Then, click the AI chatbot icon at the top and go to the consultation window, or scroll down the Plus Friend screen and click Chatbot Chat or Agent Chat to go to the chat screen!!

If you have moved to Kakao Bank, click the Settings button in the lower right corner!
Then click [Customer Center] in the upper left corner.
You can check three things here.

You can check these three things. Here, you can select the part you currently need and use it conveniently.
