To secure storage space on your mobile device, try deleting old and unused apps or moving and organizing photos in your photo album.
Other ways to organize the space used by Talk are as follows:
1) You can reduce the capacity by ‘exiting’ a chat room with a lot of exchanged conversations/photos/files or ‘delete all conversations’.
If you leave the chat room or delete all conversation content, all conversation content will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
We recommend that you keep important conversation contents safe by ‘exporting conversation contents by email’.

However, the conversation content loading function is not supported.
2) When you download a voice file, the file takes up storage space on your mobile device.
