코스트코 반품Costco operates a ‘product guarantee system’, which provides a full refund at any time if you are not satisfied with a product purchased.
Refunds are available both offline and online, and refunds are also possible online or offline if purchased online.

In the case of electronic products, refunds are possible up to 90 days prior to the purchase date, and in the case of other foods, clothing, miscellaneous goods, etc., refunds are possible at any time regardless of the period.

Receipts are not required for Costco refunds, and since the purchase history is on the membership card, you only need to bring your membership card to visit. If you do not have a membership card, a receipt may be required.

This is the Costco velvet blanket I bought. The price is 13,990 won. It was good in size and thick, but I thought I couldn’t use it because the velvet hair in the middle had fallen out too much.

I used it for a week, left it for a week, and visited Costco to return it two weeks after purchase.

In most cases, there is a place to refund products on the first floor of Costco.
I gave my Costco membership card, credit card, and product, and the clerk asked if there was any problem with the product.

TVs, computers, tablet PCs, cameras, projectors, smart watches, mobile phones, earphones, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, kimchi refrigerators, induction cookers, air conditioners, and other electronic products can be refunded within 90 days from the date of purchase.

The blanket I purchased was refunded in full for 13990 won. The money came back after 2-3 days from the credit card company.
If, like me, you have a problem with something you bought from Costco or you don’t like it, please return it.
However, please note that if you abuse it too much, it may be difficult to use Costco!
