통신판매업 신고1) Article 2 (Definition) of the same Act
① “Electronic commerce” refers to conducting commercial activities through electronic commerce (refers to electronic commerce pursuant to the provisions of Article 2, Paragraph 5 of the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce; hereinafter the same shall apply).
② “Mail order sales” means providing information on the sale of goods or services (including the right to use certain facilities or receive provision of services; hereinafter the same shall apply) in accordance with mail, telecommunication, or other methods prescribed by the Ordinance of the Prime Minister. This refers to the sale of goods or services (hereinafter referred to as “goods, etc.”) based on consumer subscription. However, telephone solicitation sales under Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, etc. are excluded from the scope of mail-order sales. do.
③ “Mail order seller” refers to a person whose business is mail order sales or a person who performs mail order business in accordance with an agreement with such person.
