To do this, the Samsung integrated USB driver must first be properly installed on your PC.
After installing the integrated USB driver through the link below, check the driver installation status in Device Manager.
※ If the integrated USB driver is not displayed properly in the device manager, you may need to check your PC, Samsung genuine data cable, smartphone, etc.
To save photos saved on your phone to your PC, first install Smart Switch and the integrated USB driver on your PC.
Go to integrated USB driver download site ▶
If it is properly connected via USB and recognized as MTP on the PC, it will appear in the device manager as shown below.
In My PC (or Computer) → Properties → Device Manager, the device is confirmed to be connected to ① modem, ② universal serial bus controller, and ③ portable device.

If the USB driver is not recognized in the device manager, it may be a problem with the PC’s USB port. Try connecting it to a different USB port.
In the case of a desktop PC, you need to connect directly to the USB terminal on the back of the PC and check.
(Recognition rate may decrease when using the USB terminal or USB hub on the front of the PC.)
Once the PC and smartphone connection is recognized, select Allow on the smartphone screen.
※ If ① USB driver installation ▶ does not work, ② the PC does not recognize the phone, or ③ data cannot be transferred, please call 1588-3366 and receive [Remote Support Service].
If your PC and smartphone are connected properly, please follow the steps below.
① Run my PC
② Select mobile phone name → Select Phone
③ Select DCIM folder
④ Select Camera folder
You can also right-click the Camera folder → Copy → PC → Desktop (or document folder, etc.) → Right-click the mouse → Paste.
※ The storage location for photos taken with an external camera app may vary depending on the app manufacturer used.
Please click on the detailed view of the photo taken with the external camera app to check the location and then move.
⑤ Please ‘Select All’ photos saved on your phone.

Method 1. Select all files and right-click → Copy
Method 2. After selecting all files, press CTRL+C on your keyboard.
⑥ Open the folder where you want to save the photo → Right-click → Paste
⑦ Photos saved on the phone have been moved to the PC.
