① Access the Shinhan Bank Sol Banking app and log in.

④ If you click Favorites right away, you can print the mobile number ticket, but I clicked it because I was curious about the ‘optimal visiting time’. You don’t get crowded during lunch time than you think!?
⑤ If you check Favorites, the page will appear as shown in the picture below. Press ‘Issue number ticket’ to enter. And in the middle of the page, click ‘Simple Consultation Center (3)’ and you’re done!
⑥ Now, you can visit the branch and start working right away without waiting!
