If you usually use online grocery shopping, we recommend using a cultural gift certificate at ‘E-Mart Mall.’ This is because you can use 100% of the amount without any conversion fees!
To use a mobile cultural gift certificate or paper cultural gift certificate online, you must first change the cultural gift certificate to Culture Cash. Let’s look at the method below and follow it step by step.
1) Register as a Culture Land member and log in. (Available through both mobile app or computer website)

2) Mobile app version: Click on the ‘Recharge’ menu → Click on ‘Culture Gift Certificate’ → Enter the PIN number → Recharge
Computer homepage version: Click the ‘Charge’ menu → Click ‘Culture Gift Certificate’ → Enter the PIN number → Recharge

First of all, you need a PC to use cultural gift certificates at E-Mart Mall. In the mobile version, Culture Land Cash cannot be used because E-Mart Mall itself is not in the shopping category. Even if it’s annoying, let’s turn on the computer.
1) After accessing Culture Land, click on the ‘Shopping’ menu → access ‘E-Mart Mall’.

3) After logging in once again to pay with Culture Cash, click → Pay with available Culture Cash.
4) Enter the payment amount.
5) Complete the payment for shopping at E-Mart Mall using the cultural gift certificate ‘Culture Cash’!
In this way, you can use the cultural gift certificate like cash at E-Mart Mall. In fact, I have been using it a lot by converting it to Gmarket or Naver points while paying a 6% conversion fee, but since I use E-Mart often anyway, it is good to use condolences in this way to be more economical.
