Exchange Malaysian Ringgit at the Hana Bank Currency Exchange Center in Incheon Airport Terminal 2

While having lunch at Incheon Airport before leaving for Malaysia…

I remembered that I did not exchange local Malay money separately.

Although I will be using the Travelogue card, I think it would be a good idea to bring some foreign currency!

I looked into the Hana Bank app that was previously used for currency exchange.

Previously, you only had to make a reservation through a mobile app and go to the airport to pick it up.

I also looked into whether it was possible to exchange money on the same day.

How to receive currency exchange on the same day at Incheon Airport Terminal 2 Hana Bank:
Go to the Hana Bank app as shown below and apply for foreign currency exchange.

Just set the pickup point to ‘Incheon Airport Terminal 2’ and the date to the same day or desired date, and you’re done!

It’s super simple, right?

Incheon Airport Terminal 2 Hana Bank Currency Exchange Office business hours:
-Banking days 6:00~21:00

-Sat/Sun/Holidays: 6:30~20:30

*It closes earlier than expected on weekends.

Apply as much as you want and press Done!

Actually, I didn’t know how much to exchange into ringgit, so I only paid 15,000 won, but it turned out to be too little. ^^;

Tip. If you’re going for more than a week, it’s probably best to spend 100,000 to 200,000 won in Korean won, and use a no-fee travelogue card for the rest!

Incheon Airport Terminal 2 Hana Bank Currency Exchange Location:
– In front of H counter in the departure hall on the 3rd floor

-Next to gates 2 and 3, gate A, arrivals hall, 1st floor

I was in the departure hall on the 3rd floor and went next to the H counter.

Is there construction going on or something? Anyway, there is a Hana Bank banner and it is easy to find.

What should I keep in mind when visiting the Incheon Airport currency exchange office?
You must always bring your ID.

If you show your ID and tell them your reservation details, you can give them your currency exchange details and receive a currency exchange receipt.
