In accordance with Article 7-2, Subparagraph 2 of the Housing Lease Protection Act, 2.5% per annum is applied, and you can receive it if it is less than 700,000 won by adding the deposit converted to monthly rent and the monthly rent.

The actual rent paid is paid in monthly installments for up to 12 months, up to a maximum of 2.4 million won. At this time, rental deposits and management fees are excluded.

In the case of housing benefit recipients, they can only receive the amount calculated by deducting the monthly rent from the housing benefit amount from the monthly rent support amount.
