How to apply for on-site repairs and travel expenses
You can visit a service center for small home appliances, but for kimchi refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners, you must apply for on-site service. You can apply for business trip service by phone at the customer center or online at the Winia Aid website.
After accessing the Winia Aid website, use the Service Application/Change > Visit Service Application menu. Just select the product as shown below, enter product symptoms, model name, etc., and then apply.

The on-site service fee may be charged in addition to the basic travel fee of KRW 18,000 plus parts and repair fees. If you visit after 18:00 on weekdays or on Saturdays/Sundays/public holidays, the travel fee is 22,000 won. Of course, after-sales service is provided free of charge during the free service period. However, if you request on-site service after the warranty period has expired, you will have to pay the travel fee even if the product is not broken.
