K패스 신한카드 발급방법[Point Economy] Shinhan Card (CEO Moon Dong-kwon) announced on the 24th that it will launch a new ‘K-Pass Shinhan Card’ in line with the K-Pass business, which will be implemented in earnest from May to reduce public transportation costs and promote the use of public transportation.
The K-Pass project is a public transportation support policy that replaces the existing economical transportation card service. If you regularly use public transportation more than 15 times a month, a certain percentage of the usage amount will be refunded up to 60 times. Up to 20% of general customers, 30% of young people, and 53% of low-income people can receive a refund.
In addition to these refund benefits, the recently launched ‘K-Pass Shinhan Card’ provides an additional 10% discount on public transportation (buses and subways).
In addition, a 5% discount is also available when using frequently used simple payments such as Shinhan SOL Pay, Samsung Pay, Naver Pay, Kakao Pay, and Coupay. In addition, delivery apps (Baedal Minjok, Yogiyo), convenience stores (GS25, CU), coffee shops (Starbucks, Mega MGC Coffee, Mammoth Coffee), mobile communication charges, Olive Young, OTT, hospital and pharmacy industries, etc. are used in daily life. You can also get a 5% discount on various areas you encounter within.
Public transportation, simple payment, and daily life discount services are applied within the monthly integrated discount limit. Customers who used the service between 300,000 won and less than 600,000 won in the previous month can receive a discount of 7,000 won, and customers who used more than 600,000 won can receive a discount within the limit of 15,000 won.
Shinhan Card also introduced the ‘K-Pass Check Card’ along with the credit card. This card, like a credit card, includes a 10% discount on public transportation (buses, subways), and a discount of up to 5,000 won is possible depending on the performance of the previous month. In addition, a 2% discount on simple payment and daily life services is provided up to a maximum of 5,000 won.
The annual fee for credit cards is 7,000 won for domestic use and 10,000 won for master cards, and there is no annual fee for check cards.
Meanwhile, Shinhan Card has approximately 360,000 members since launching the economical transportation Shinhan Card in June 2019. Members who are issuing a K-Pass Shinhan Card for the first time can use the refund service by registering the card in the K-Pass app after issuing the card and using public transportation. Existing members of the Economical Transportation Card can use the Economical Transportation Card app without issuing a separate card. After applying for K-Pass membership conversion, you can use your existing card as is.
