What is the 2024 Seoul Double Hope Youth Account?
Hope Double Youth Passbook is an asset formation support project that provides working young people with a lump sum of money to help them become economically independent and establish specific future plans, thereby opening up a hopeful future.

Application documents and precautions
If the information provided in the application documents is different from the facts or is found to be false, the final selection may be canceled immediately.
If the information entered by the applicant or the supporting documents attached are incorrect or cannot be verified, the application will be excluded, so please fill out and submit accurately.
If the participant’s contract violation (duplicate registration, etc.) is confirmed after selection, the contract will be terminated early and matching support money will not be paid. If you receive the savings upon maturity, the matching support may be refunded.
All submitted documents will not be returned, so please be sure to submit copies of important documents.

Eligibility to apply for Seoul Hope Double Youth Bank Account
1. Residence in Seoul
2. Young people aged 18 to 34 – Those with a date of birth between January 1, 1989 and December 31, 2006
3. Workers
▶ Those who have worked for more than 3 months in the past year (1 month is recognized when working more than 10 days) as of the date of the announcement, or are currently working for more than 3 months (regardless of the type of work, but must be able to submit supporting documents for this announcement)
4. Your earned income is less than a certain amount
5. Income of person obligated to support less than KRW 100 million per year, assets less than KRW 900 million
Excluded from application
The applicant is a recipient of livelihood – medical – housing – education benefits.
A person who is unable to open a bank account in the applicant’s name
If the applicant has a history of participating in a quasi-asset formation support project
Military service personnel (active duty, full-time, transitional, social service, alternative service, industrial skills, professional research, etc.)
Those who are participating (beneficiary) of Seoul City’s youth allowance or youth monthly rent support project in 2024, and work scholarship students

1. Continuous residence in Seoul during the accumulation period
2. Saving more than 50% of the accumulation period
3. Work for more than 50% of the accumulation period (proof of work is required at maturity)
4. Complete financial education at least once a year during the accumulation period.
