Pocket CU convenience store delivery

You can use the Pocket CU app to receive regular and economical delivery.

General delivery is sent directly from the CU convenience store, and you can visit the convenience store to receive the delivery. CU Economical Delivery has the disadvantage of having to visit the store in person to pick up the delivery, but it has the advantage of being able to save on delivery costs at a low price and being able to send and receive delivery between CU convenience stores.

 

 

◎ Member discount coupon
When you register a domestic delivery reservation on the CU POST website, you will be issued a discount coupon worth 200 won that can be used immediately once a day.

 

Visit the nearest CU convenience store and log in to POST BOX delivery. When printing the waybill for a reserved delivery, you can print the waybill using the discount coupon by clicking the check button in the Use Discount Coupon box. However, if you do not use the 200 won discount coupon you receive after making a reservation, it will not be issued additionally for your next reservation, so we recommend using it right away. (Coupons previously issued can be issued when sold out)

※ Excluding economical delivery, home delivery, international delivery, and cash on delivery. New members can receive a discount of 200 won + 500 won, for a total of 700 won. Additionally, the 500 won discount event for new members runs until December 31, 2024, and the 500 won coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, so we recommend that you use it as soon as possible.

When paying for delivery costs, you must ask a staff member to receive CU membership points each time you send a delivery.

◎ How to make a reservation for convenience store delivery

First, when you open the Pocket CU app, the main page appears.

Click “Delivery Reservation” on the main page or go to “View All” located at the bottom right and click Delivery Reservation.

When you enter the courier reservation, buttons for regular courier, CU economical courier, and courier inquiry will appear.

First, let me explain how to use regular courier service. Select an item as shown in the photo on the right and write down the reservation name, the price of the item, and how much the item weighs.

If you are a member of Pocket CU, your name, contact information, and address will be automatically entered in the sender field.

Enter the recipient’s name, contact information, address, and delivery request in detail and click the “Next” button.

 

As shown in the photo on the right, a confirmation window containing the reservation name (ex. B), product information (item and product price), sender (name, phone number, address), and recipient (name, phone number, address, delivery request) is displayed. It pops up.

Scroll down, use coupons and points under discount methods, and select a payment method.

 

 

Enter the recipient’s name, contact information, and address in the Pocket CU app and click Next.

Finally, check to agree to the “Personal Information Collection Terms and Conditions” and make payment to complete delivery.

SeeU economical delivery service

“Thrifty Delivery” (formerly Kiri Delivery) is a service that allows delivery from CU convenience stores to CU convenience stores in other regions. Unlike regular courier services, it is delivered within 2 to 5 days after receiving the package, but has the advantage of saving money at a low price. So, miscellaneous goods, books, clothing, home appliances, and grains can be accepted, but food and envelopes cannot.

 

Additionally, it is not possible to send items using a regular domestic courier service by writing the recipient’s address as the CU convenience store address.

In other words, the CU convenience store listed at the recipient’s address may refuse to receive the delivered item, and the rejected item may be returned to the sender’s address. (Cannot be shipped via regular courier → CU economical courier (Kiri courier))

 

※ CU is offering “sea shipping economical delivery” that is expanding to 14 island regions across the country.

For the first time in the industry, you can send and receive economical delivery to inland areas from 650 CU stores located on 14 islands, including Jeju Island and Ulleungdo Island (delivery is not possible to Udo Island and Chuja Island). You can use economical shipping by adding 1,700 won to the cost of shipping between the island and the inland to the cost of economical shipping, and it is up to 4,800 won cheaper than domestic shipping. Therefore, CU is offering free shipping surcharges and an additional 200 won discount until June 30th. (Available at CU Post website, POSTBOX delivery machine, and Pocket CU)

 

 

Read the “Guide to Precautions Before Reservation for CU Budget Delivery” and then click the “Submit” button.

Enter the product item, reservation name, product price, and product weight.

Convenience store delivery tracking

In the courier inquiry, a window will appear where you can “Search by waybill number” and “Pocket CU courier reservation history.”

※ You can check the delivery status of all parcels received only by CU, not by Lotte Express, Rosen Express, etc.

(※ Exception: Delivery tracking is also available at CJ Logistics.)

 

When you click the “Delivery Reservation” button located in the middle of the main page, you can see regular courier, CU economical courier, and courier inquiry at the top. Click the “Courier Inquiry” button here. If you search in the Pocket CU app, you can view the sender and recipient’s information in detail.

At the CU Post Customer Center, you can make phone inquiries, 1:1 inquiries, and apply for consultation through KakaoTalk.

Additionally, if you have any questions or problems, you can get accurate and quick help through the FAQ.

 

The domestic delivery customer center is ☎ 1577-1287, and consultation is available from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and from 09:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays. (Lunchtime 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM on weekdays)
