3. Service Fee
Service fee is the sum of parts cost, repair cost, and travel fee

Parts cost: The price of parts required when replacing parts during product repair
Repair fee: Pure technical fee according to repair difficulty and time required (When visiting, a basic inspection fee of 10,000 won is charged in addition to the travel fee. However, the basic inspection fee is exempted in the case of repair.)
Travel fee: Applies when a travel fee is requested and 20,000 won is charged. However, if you visit after 6 PM on a weekday or on a holiday (Saturday/Sunday/holiday/substitute holiday), a business trip fee of 24,000 won will be charged. 4. Free repair standards
In case of performance or functional failures that occur under normal use conditions within the free repair quality assurance period
If the same part fails again within 2 months during normal use of the product after repair by the service manager

5. Product warranty period

The product warranty period refers to the period during which the manufacturer or product seller promises to repair free of charge quality, performance, or functional defects that occur under normal use conditions to the consumer.
The product warranty period is calculated based on the purchase date, and the purchase date is confirmed by the product warranty (including the purchase receipt).
However, if there is no warranty, the warranty conditions are determined based on the contents of the warranty issued by the company at the time of production of the product, and the warranty period is calculated by applying the purchase date by considering 3 months from the production date (reflecting the distribution period).
