The Gifu Donghaeng Card is a transportation card that allows unlimited use of all public transportation (buses, subways) and Ttareungi within the Seoul area. This is the first eco-friendly innovation pass in the country to respond to climate change.
Currently, only public transportation within the Seoul area can be used, but from 2024, it is expected to expand beyond the Seoul area to include metropolitan areas such as Incheon and Gimpo, thereby increasing the convenience of public transportation.
Find out about the release date of the Climate Companion Card. The Seoul Climate Companion Card can be downloaded as a mobile card and purchased as a physical card starting January 23, 2024, and can be used starting January 27, 2024.

Let’s learn about how to purchase the Climate Companion Card. There are two methods: mobile card and physical card.
The Climate Companion Card mobile card can be downloaded and used from the mobile T-money app.
1. Download the mobile T-money app.
2. Sign up as a member.
3. Issue and recharge the Climate Companion Card.
※ Currently, only account transfer is possible when recharging, but we plan to expand payment methods in the future.
Unfortunately, the Climate Companion Card mobile card cannot currently be used on iPhones, so those using iPhones must purchase a physical card. Please refer to the information below on how to purchase the physical Climate Companion Card.
Climate Companion Card physical cards can be purchased at the Seoul Transportation Corporation Customer Safety Office (Lines 1 to 8) or convenience stores near the station.
A list of convenience stores that sell physical cards can be found on the Seoul Metropolitan Government website.
1. Purchase a Climate Companion Card at the Seoul Transportation Corporation Customer Safety Center (Lines 1 to 8) or a convenience store near the station.
2. Register T-Money Card & Pay on the website.
3. Recharge the card registered on the website at the unmanned charger in the station.
