Recently, analysis has been conducted using equipment such as drones and accident recording devices (EDR) and engineering theories such as vehicle kinematics and accident reproduction theory, so the outlook in this field is expected to be bright.
Once a police officer acquires qualifications, a certain amount of additional points are given when hiring new officers and promoting them. The Road Traffic Authority also recognizes additional points when hiring new employees.
Since 2018, it has been announced as a qualification that can be designated as a traffic safety manager, making it easier to enter related fields such as transportation companies.
Any adult aged 18 or older as of the application closing date can take the road traffic accident assessor qualification test without any educational background restrictions.
Applications can be made on the Road Traffic Accident Appraiser website from 9:00 a.m. on July 25th to 18:00 on August 4th.
The exam will be held on August 28th, and the final results will be announced on October 7th.
