When purchasing the Lotte World Magic Pass, you can purchase it at an unmanned ticket kiosk on site or through the Lotte World app. However, since it is sold in limited quantities per day, there is a risk of it selling out early, so we recommend making a reservation through the app in advance (up to 4 tickets can be purchased per person).

First, download the Lotte World app and then sign up or log in. Select the date and number of people in the ‘Magic’ section (up to 4 people per app) and proceed with payment. Magic Pass reservations can be made twice a day, at 24:00 and 8:00 a.m., so please check the times carefully and make your reservation quickly.
3) Magic Pass Refund
If you purchase a Lotte World Magic Pass ticket in advance online, you can cancel it until 23:30 the day before your Lotte World visit date. For same-day advance tickets, a 100% refund is possible within 1 hour of purchase. However, please keep in mind that a cancellation penalty will apply after 1 hour.
