서울시 임산부 교통비 지원 신청The Seoul Metropolitan Government’s Transportation Expense Support Project for Pregnant Women is a project that supports healthy childbirth by providing transportation convenience to pregnant women with transportation disabilities and creates a stable childbirth environment by reducing the economic burden on families giving birth.
① You must complete online training to apply.
※ You must complete part 1 of the online education related to child rearing to apply for transportation expenses for pregnant women.
② The voucher usage period applies as follows.
① Transportation expenses per pregnant woman: 700,000 won
② 700,000 won transportation points paid to a credit (check) card in the pregnant woman’s name
※ Credit cards cannot be issued to people with bad credit or minors. The voucher amount is paid to your check card. However, since postpaid transportation cards cannot be used, vouchers cannot be used on subways and buses, and can be used in industries other than those covered by postpaid transportation cards, such as taxi fares and fuel expenses.
① Pregnant women who have been registered as residents in Seoul for more than 6 months as of the date of application
② Foreign pregnant women from multicultural families who have been confirmed to have resided in Seoul for more than 6 months as of the date of application (excluding cases where both spouses are foreigners)
※ You cannot apply if you have adopted a child.
※ If the child dies after receiving support, the principal amount will not be recovered and can be used continuously.
3 months pregnant (12th week) ~ 3 months after childbirth
① Public transportation (bus, subway, taxi), railroad, fuel cost for private vehicle (gas station, LPG charging station, electric vehicle charging station), etc.
※ Electric vehicle charging may not be applied at some affiliated stores depending on the conditions of each card company.
※ Please be careful when making reservations as points may not be deducted or restored due to cancellation fees.
① Application during pregnancy: Voucher application date ~ the last day of the month 6 months from the expected date of delivery
② Application after childbirth: Voucher application date ~ the last day of the month that is 6 months from the child’s birth date (child’s resident registration date)
To apply, you must have a card in your name from the card company below as of the application date.
※ Shinhan Card (Kookmin Happiness Card only), Samsung Card, KB Kookmin Card, Woori Card, Hana Card, BC Card (Hana BC, IBK Industrial Bank of Korea)
When applying during the pregnancy period, apply for ‘Government 24 – Comfortable Pregnancy – Local Government Services – Seoul Metropolitan Government’s Transportation Expense Support Project for Pregnant Women’ (Convenient Pregnancy Integrated Service Application Website)
※ If you have applied for only other services, you must additionally apply for the ‘Seoul City Transportation Expense Support Project for Pregnant Women’ through the application for the Comfortable Pregnancy Integrated Service.
Prepare supporting documents to confirm application eligibility: Pregnancy confirmation (limited to pregnant women), alien registration fact certificate, resident registration copy
※ Pregnancy confirmation: Hospital name, medical institution number, doctor’s name, doctor’s license number, expected delivery date, etc. must be entered.
※ If it is impossible to confirm whether you are a multicultural family with a copy of your resident registration, you can additionally request a family relationship certificate.
① Apply for Government 24: Apply for ‘Local Government Service – Transportation Expense Support for Pregnant Women in Seoul’ at One-Stop Service > Convenient Pregnancy Application
※ You can apply simultaneously with other services such as folic acid, iron supplements, and support for pregnancy and childbirth medical expenses.
※ No need to apply for foreign pregnant women
