▷ Support for long-term childcare program operation (up to 20 months) centered on practice from basic theory of smart farm to farm management practice
– About 200 young trainees are selected every year and practice-oriented long-term smart farm training is provided to nurture young manpower in smart farms
– (Introductory course (2 months)) Knowledge of start-ups, investment attraction consulting, management and marketing, resettlement support, greenhouse design and management, nutrient supply and drainage, nutrient solution cultivation, smart farm operation and management, special lectures by overseas experts
– (Educational practice (6 months)) On-site practice for up to 6 months using childcare centers and training centers, etc. to accumulate experience, consulting/field guidance, benchmarking of excellent smart farm cases, etc.
– (Management practice (12 months)) Management practice center operation, consulting/field guidance training, information sharing among trainees to experience smart farm management
