1. Students must complete 240 hours of education at an educational institution designated by the city or provincial governor. (Persons with mental illness, incompetent, and limited incompetents are not eligible to apply.)
2. If you have a national professional license such as a physical therapist, occupational therapist, or nurse, you only need to complete 45 to 50 hours. (Under these conditions, government support and the Learning Tomorrow card cannot be used. Full tuition must be paid by oneself.)
