To mount a non-perforated license plate, you must prepare a license plate guard in advance.
Since it is not possible to drill a hole in the license plate and mount it, it is a type in which the guard is installed first, then the license plate is inserted into the guard, and the guard fixes the license plate.

Before going to change, I need to get ready.
All you need to prepare is the vehicle owner’s ID, the original vehicle registration certificate, and the existing license plate.

All you have to do is go to the place where you apply and fill out the documents.
There are two documents: an application for reissuance of registration number and an application for vehicle change registration.
If your existing license plate is a 6-digit plate, both must be completed.
If you already have a 7-digit plate number, you only need to fill out an application for reissuance of the registration number.

Registration and license tax: 15,000 won
Stamp duty: 1,300 won

After registering, go to the license plate giveaway and you can finally get a new license plate.
For reference, if you change from a 7-digit license plate, you cannot change your number, but if you change from a 6-digit license plate, you can change it to a 7-digit number.
You can change the number by selecting one of the numbers listed as if you were receiving a number for the first time.
