The Labor-Management Development Foundation’s Middle-aged Job Hope Center is
We operate 32 regional centers across the country, including Seoul, Busan, and Gwangju, and provide free career planning and job change/employment support services to middle-aged people aged 40 or older. In particular, depending on the working stage of the middle-aged, we provide life career planning services for current employees, school transfer programs for those scheduled to retire, and employment support services for job seekers.

We support middle-aged and middle-aged Koreans in their lifelong active-duty activities through various programs and one-on-one counseling starting from their period of employment.
