📍Eligible for support
– Among adults aged 19 or older, recipients of basic livelihood security, the next lower class, and members of households with a standard median income* of 65% or less

📍Exclusions
– No duplicate support: College students cannot receive the Korea Scholarship Foundation National Scholarship (1st semester of 2023) in duplicate.
– Support for lifelong education vouchers that can be used for lifelong education course tuition and textbook costs (up to 350,000 won per person)
💡Principle of personal use and attendance, no purchase of textbooks alone, no use of materials, wired or wireless electronic or communication devices, etc.

– Apply online through the voucher website (www.lllcard.kr) or mobile web
💡When applying online, identity verification (simple authentication, joint authentication, i-PIN, mobile phone authentication) is required.
